Assisted CEO with the restructuring of a bankrupt retail distribution company purchased from a Venture Capital firm. We partnered with the CEO and his team to return the company from -20% net profit margins to break even, positioned the company for 100% sales growth and 5% net margins. In addition, we engaged the executive team and key distributors to establish new distribution channels. This change required us to restructure the acquired firm by redesigning, the sales and management organization and closing two distribution centers. The valuation of this business is now over five times what our client paid for it.

Developed a Private Placement Offering for $20MM targeted at qualified investors to fund this start up venture. This project included working with a Healthcare Executive to formulate the business model, and Go To Market Strategy for the client's new venture. MCA researched the market, and competitive landscape before integrating the findings from a series of facilitated sessions into a business plan. We also structured the security terms for the finance offering, structured the review work for the attorneys, and managed the legal review process for the client.
